Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

    • International orders: 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we will assist you.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returnable Items

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (including studs, hoops, and dangles)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
